Dawn SWT has recently successfully developed and produced a high-concentricity 14-gram skin-core bicomponent nonwoven fabric. Dawn SWT Nonwovens has high strength and uniform surface. Compared with other similar competing materials, it is fluffier and softer, and the product has a prominent cotton texture without broken threads. It replaces the mainstream 15g skin-core bicomponent nonwoven fabric in the current market, helping customers reduce costs by about 6.67%. While reducing the weight, Dawn SWT Nonwovens does not affect the product feel, and meets the needs of the industry and the market with higher quality and lower weight. Now, the experiments are being carried out one after another, and the product technology will be more perfect.
After technical research, the first batch of 14g Parallel BICO Aqua Cotton products of Shandong Dawn SWT Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully mass-produced, laying a solid foundation for the next step of research and development of ultra-soft and low-weight nonwovens. While the advantages of fluffy softness and excellent cotton texture of aqua cotton series products are remained, the cloth surface of 14g Parallel BICO Aqua Cotton products is still uniform, and various tensile indicators are excellent, ensuring good processing stability of low-gram weight products.
