With a planned area of 737 acres, the nonwoven medical hygiene material project in Longkou New Material Science and Technoloy Industrial Park is going to build a production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons of high-grade nonwoven special materials. It will extend the nonwoven industry chain, introduce non-woven medical hygiene materials manufacturers and non-woven mid-to-high-end daily necessities and medical care products manufacturers, and form a non-woven industrial base integrating product development, raw material production, product processing, and auxiliary materials.
Our main products include: special cotton-soft, hydrophilic and water-repellent masterbatches for hygiene and medical nonwoven fields; high-performance PP bi-component nonwoven fabrics which belong to Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric for hygiene, medical and filtration applications. Among them, the parallel bi-component nonwoven aqua cotton series, with uniform cloth surface, fluffy cotton soft, good drapability, high air permeability and excellent skin-friendly performance, has reached the international leading level in terms of quality.
Products Description
Dawn SWT’s “Aqua cotton series spunbond nonwoven fabric” especially add the "Soft water-repellent masterbatch" which is independently developed and produced by Dawn-SWT to ensure a good water-repellent effect and further promote the improvement of soft texture. Continuous self-helix fiber filaments are randomly laid. “Zero” stimulation, "super" breathable, "giant" soft, no burden on the skin! Higher quality creates higher value!
