Dawn SWT devote ourselves to the design and R&D of the complete set of Bi-component and differentiated fiber spunbond and spunmelt equipment, and the improvement and enhancement of Bi-component nonwoven fabrics process formula and application solutions. Dawn-SWT masters the independent intellectual property rights of the whole process from the R&D and production of nonwovens equipment, nonwoven fabric technology and formula to final product application. It has independently developed and put the first Bi-component and sheath-core composite spunbonded nonwovens which belong to Dawn SWT Spunbond Nonwovens series production line into production, and owned a unique development technology and a complete set of solutions for the production of Bi-component and sheath-core composite Dawn SWT Spunbond Nonwovens.
Relying on the Longkou New Material Science and Technology Industrial Park constructed and managed by Dawn Group, we plan to build a high-end nonwoven fabric production base with a production capacity of 50,000 tons per year in the first phase of the project. By sharing the powerful platform strength and rich management experience of Dawn, we integrate and optimize resources internally, and expand upstream and downstream businesses externally. We have a professional team to provide customers with a full range of differentiated product solutions, enabling customers to produce and achieve high-quality enterprise development.
