Melt-Blown Nonwovens are made by drawing a fine stream of polymer melt extruded from the spout hole of the die using a high speed hot air flow, resulting in the formation of ultra-fine fibers that are collected on a condensation curtain or drum and bonded to themselves to become meltblown nonwoven fabrics.
