Because there are granular rubber for sale, so you can not use the mixer to mix plastic and rubber, you can directly use the twin-screw extruder mixing. In terms of the specific process, dynamic vulcanization can be done in 2 steps, and the plastic can be added and mixed with the rubber in 2 additions to protect the plastic from the oxidizing effect of the vulcanizing agent during dynamic vulcanization.
