SMMS: Spunbond nonwoven + Meltblown nonwoven + Meltblown nonwoven + Spunbond nonwoven = Four layers of fiber mesh hot rolled. SMMS nonwoven belongs to composite nonwoven, which is a composite product of spunbond and meltblown; it is an extension of SMS nonwoven.

Advantages of Dawn Nonwoven Fabric
• Soft: Made of fine fibers (2-3D) with light dotted hot-melt bonding. The finished product is moderately soft and comfortable.
• Water repellent and breathable: polypropylene slices are non-absorbent and have zero water content, so the finished product has good water repellency and is composed of 100% fibers with porosity and good breathability, which makes it easy to keep the fabric dry and washable.
• Non-toxic and non-irritating: Dawn Nonwoven Fabric is produced with FDA food-grade raw materials and contains no other chemical ingredients, with stable performance, non-toxic, odorless and non-irritating to the skin.
• Light weight: polypropylene resin is the main raw material, the specific gravity is only 0.9, only three-fifths of cotton, with fluffiness, good hand feeling.
• Antibacterial: The product is water-repellent, not moldy, and can isolate the bacteria and insects in the liquid, not moldy.
• Good physical properties, Dawn Nonwoven Fabric are made of polypropylene spun yarn directly into a network of hot bonding, the strength of the product is better than the general staple fiber products, non-directional strength, longitudinal and horizontal strength is similar.
• Antibacterial, chemical resistance: polypropylene is a chemically blunt substance, not insects, and can isolate the presence of bacteria and insects within the liquid erosion; antibacterial, alkali corrosion, finished products do not affect the strength due to erosion.
• In terms of environmental protection, the raw material of most of the Dawn Nonwoven Fabric used is polypropylene, while the raw material of plastic bags is polyethylene, the two substances are similar in name, but in the chemical structure is very different. The chemical molecular structure of polyethylene has a fairly strong stability, extremely difficult to degrade, so plastic bags need 300 years to decompose; while the chemical structure of polypropylene is not strong, the molecular chain can easily break, so it can be effectively degraded, and in a non-toxic form into the next phase of the environmental cycle, a non-woven shopping bags in 90 days can be completely decomposed. And non-woven shopping bags can be reused more than 10 times, and the pollution of the environment after disposal is only 10% of plastic bags.
