Properties of Dawn Flame Retardant ABS Resin
Flame retardant ABS resin is typically white in color and has high mechanical strength, good flame resistance, and excellent flowability.
It has low shrinkage properties, high heat resistance, high whiteness, and a smooth surface finish that can be painted.
Its tensile strength is usually between 35-45 MPa, bending strength between 55-65 MPa, and its heat distortion temperature is typically between 70-80°C.
Flame retardant ABS resin has been tested and classified as UL-94, V0, or V2 depending on the level of flame resistance.
