The ABS resin granules are a yellowish-colored solid and have a density of approximately 1.04-1.06 g/cm3. They possess excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and salts and can withstand the corrosive effects of organic solvents to some extent.
Modified ABS Resin Granules

No Spray ABS
We have introduced ABS resin granules with a high gloss finish, which eliminates the need for additional spraying and can be customized with a metallic pearlescent effect making them ideal for use in household appliances.
Anti-rattle ABS
We have also modified the ABS resin granules to have excellent damping and noise reduction properties, making them an ideal material for use in appliances and automotive parts that are prone to vibration and resulting noise. This makes them an excellent choice for components such as air conditioning ducts and baffles.
Oil-resistant aBS
Another modification we have made is to enhance the oil and solvent resistance of the ABS resin granules, making them resistant to deformation under strong external forces. After soaking in edible oil for 15 days at a temperature of 70℃, these modified granules show no signs of discoloration or cracking. This makes them a perfect material for appliances such as kitchen hoods and air conditioners.
Food grade ABS
Our ABS resin granules have passed EU10, FDA, and GB4806 standards, making them suitable for use in food contact materials, such as refrigerators and freezer parts. We have also developed an anti-mold and anti-bacterial version of the ABS resin granules, which is perfect for use in humid and mold-prone household appliance components.
