PP Melt Blown material is the professional base material for the meltblown Nonwovens by our own
research, development, production. Using international advanced processing technology, so that the series
of products with stable liquidity,combine the excellence features like the narrow moleclar weight
distribution,low ash, no other product residue, and the well spinning performance. Able to meet the
requirements of high melt blown polypropylene nonwovens industry.
There's two application direction of Meltblown nonwovens materials:
Firstly as a Compound material,used in SMS production line.As a important direction,mainly used in
health and medical products market.
Another side,it's forms various, no limited as 'fabric' like Nonwpvens, but a base material mainly be used
in Filtration, thermal insulation, sound insulation, environmental protection, automotive interior, cleaning
and other fields.
So,at present, the proportion of materials in various application fieldsas follows:
Filter 70% (mask filter about 50%, air filtration&water filtration about 20%), Automoive noise insulation
cotton 20%, Wiping cloth about 5%, suction linoleum about 3%, clothing warming 2%.

Packing and Storage：
◆This product uses paper plastic composite bag packaging or ton bag packaging.
◆During transportation, should be anti pollution, waterproof, moisture proof and anti damage.
◆It will ensure the validity of the storage period of 12 months under the following conditions:
a,Packaging intact without damage;
b,Stored in a dry, clean and cool place, the ambient temperature less than 40 ℃;
c, No exposed to direct sunlight or rain
Application：
PP meltblown efficient filter used in water filter for 15 years at least, for example, for the electronic industrial waste liquid filtration cycle in China, there are about 50 meltblown filter production equipment, annual aboueoutput of 6000 tons; For th drinking water filtration field, there are also about 1000 tons of production, with high added value, it should be a new field for meltblown industrial development.
The superfine fiber filter, which is made by the melt blown process, add the special finishing process, can greatly improve the filtration performance. The original liquid filtration material has the character like: high filtration efficiency, large flux, assimilative ability, acid-alkali resistant, non-toxic, long service life, no second pollution after incineration etc.It's a new environmental protection material with a very good development prospects.
