Qingdao Rich Material Co., Ltd’s special blackmasterbatch for HDPE water pipe is primarily used for HDPE water pipes but can also be used for other polyethylene-based pipes, sheets, polyolefin flat yarn, and other products. It has a carbon black content of 40-46%, which complies with the sanitary requirements for drinking water pipes. It does not contain polyethylene wax, minimizing its impact on pipe pressure and other performance factors. It exhibits excellent resistance to UV aging. The recommended addition rate is 2-6%.
