Shandong Dawn Special Elastomer Materials Co., Ltd. is committed to the research and development, production, sales and application services of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber series products. It has built a HNBR production plant of 3000 tons/year in Longkou City, Shandong Province, and a production line of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene and nitrile butadiene rubber with an annual capacity of 1000 tons. Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber is a kind of oil and heat resistant rubber with excellent comprehensive properties. It is widely used in automobile manufacturing, oilfield drilling and aerospace fields.
In 2023, Dawn hydrogenated nitrile rubber has been exported to dozens of countries such as Germany, Italy, South Korea, and Russia, accounting for nearly 40% of export sales. With domestic and foreign synchronous belt, sealing products head customers to establish a good relationship of cooperation. The products have been successfully used in automotive synchronous belt, new energy vehicle motor seal, oilfield blowout preventer, refrigerant resistant O-ring and other products.
At the Chinaplas2024 just ended, Dawn Specail Elastomer launched a new low Mooney brand such as DN3416 on the basis of the previous high Mooney brand such as DN3418, which has better processing performance and more extensive application scenarios in the field of synchronous belt and sealing. In the future, they will continue to launch 36 acrylonitrile, 43 acrylonitrile high oil resistance grades, as well as ultra-low Mooney grades below 40 to bring more diverse products to customers.
