Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber

Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) is a highly saturated elastomer that is obtained by hydrogenating nitrile rubber (NBR). Unlike NBR, HNBR molecules contain little or no carbon-carbon double bonds. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber HNBR is a special type of rubber with outstanding overall performance.

• Excellent heat and air aging resistance can be used for a long time in the range of -40°~150°C.
• Outstanding mechanical properties, even at high temperatures, still maintain fairly high physical and mechanical properties and good resistance to a variety of industrial oils/fluids containing additives, as well as fuel oil performance.
• Good abrasion resistance even under very harsh conditions.
• Good resistance to ozone and hydrogen sulfide.
• Cold resistance, normal HNBR embrittlement temperature is 7-10℃ lower than NBR.

• Collaborated with Beijing University of Chemical Technology to develop a hydrogenated nitrile rubber preparation technology with fully independent intellectual property rights.

• Relying on the hydrogenation R&D platform, domestic substitution has been achieved.
• 3000 tons of HNBR production capacity and 1000 tons of rubber compounds.
