DAWNPRENE TPV is a kind of fully dynamic vulcanized elastomer, which
has a sea-island morphological structure: a large number of micron
sized fully chemical crosslinked rubber spheres are dispersed in the
plastic continuous phase. Because of this special morphological structure,
DAWNPRENE TPVs combine high elasticity similar to chemical crosslinked
rubbers and thermoplastic processability and recyclability.
Parts made with DAWNPRENE TPVs not only have strength and flexibility
but also excellent aesthetics, sealing capabilities and maintenance for
a high level of performance over the life of the parts. Compared with
thermoset rubbers, DAWNPRENE TPVs also offer the potential for costs
reduction, weight reduction, design flexibility, long-term sustainability
and environmental protection (energy saving, low VOC emission, and
recyclability).
