TPE Particles

TPE particles are produced by blending SEBS or SBS as the base material with other additives. SEBS or SBS alone cannot be directly thermoformed. In the process of modification, according to the different needs and uses of the customer's products, different functional additives can be added to the TPE particles, and in the process of blending and modification, it is possible to formulate transparent TPE particles without adding calcium carbonate or other fillers.

TPE particle has the general resilience of rubber and good abrasion resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance in general, anti-slip and shock absorption performance is excellent, but soft and comfortable to be superior to rubber.

TPE particle is a kind of both rubber and thermoplastic characteristics of the material, in the Shore hardness of 0 ~ 100 degrees within the range of adjustment of its hardness, can be directly processed and molded (such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc.) of the thermoplastic soft rubber.

There is excellent coloring, soft touch, in temperature resistance, can be recycled.

TPE particle can be molded by secondary injection molding, and PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS and other hard plastic materials covered bonding, can also be molded separately.

Most of the thermoplastic elastomer TPE materials do not require vulcanization or vulcanization time is very short, the production efficiency is greatly improved, short molding cycle.

TPE materials do not introduce heavy metals in the production process, do not add du phthalate plasticizers, in line with ROHS, REACH, EN71, PAHS and FDA environmental testing. It has successfully replaced PVC material in many fields.
