Products Description
Injection molding is one of the most important molding methods for PP Resin products. It is to add PP into the barrel of injection molding machine through the hopper, and after heating and melting to the flowing state, the plunger or screw pushes the melt forward to inject it into the closed mold with lower temperature, and then the melt filled with the mold cavity is fully cooled under pressure and keeps the shape given by the mold cavity, and finally the mold is released to take out the products. When processing large and thin products by injection molding, polypropylene with melt rate higher than 18g/10min can be used.
