Polypropylene has good mechanical properties and can be directly manufactured or modified to make various mechanical equipment parts, such as manufacturing industrial pipes, agricultural water pipes, motor fans, infrastructure templates, etc. Modified polypropylene can be molded into bumpers, scuff bars, car steering wheels, instrument panels and interior decorative parts, etc., greatly reducing the weight of the body to achieve the purpose of energy saving.

• Electronic and electrical industrial devices

Modified Polypropylene Granules can be used to make insulating shells for household appliances and washing machine liners, and is commonly used as an insulating material for wires and cables and other electrical appliances. The polypropylene composite material made by mixing 60-80 parts by weight of homopolymerized polypropylene, 20-40 parts by weight of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, 1-10 parts by weight of compatibilizer (polypropylene maleic anhydride graft and ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer reactant) at 170℃~190℃ has high toughness, its impact strength is as high as 210J/m, high gas barrier performance, permeability The water vapor rate is close to 2000 g-μm/(m2-24h). In the preparation of barrier films, they can be produced using the traditional film-making process, which is relatively simple and the cost of production is low.
