Basic physical properties
density : According to the ISO1183 standard test, the density of PP materials is usually low, making it a lightweight material .
melting index : under the condition of 230°C/ 2.16kg, according to ISO1133 standard test, the melting index reaches 12g/10min, indicating that it has good fluidity and is suitable for injection molding .
Mechanical property
tensile modulus : up to 1550MPa, showing high rigidity and strength, so that the material is not easy to deform .
tensile strength : in the Yield state, the tensile strength reaches 35MPa, indicating that the material can withstand a large force during the tensile process without easily breaking .
tensile strain : The tensile strain in the Yield state reaches 50%, showing good ductility .
impact strength : such as Charpy unnotched impact strength test at 0℃, showing good impact resistance .
