LDPE Virgin Granules mainly used in the field of LDPE film, LDPE foam, wire and cable, etc.
LDPE Film is the largest area where LDPE Virgin Granules is used. It is usually made by two processes: blow molding and cast. Generally speaking the lower the melt index, the better the toughness of the film, but the transparency and drapability are reduced. The MI of the resin used for general-purpose packaging film is 2.0g/10min, and for applications requiring high impact strength, the MFR can be reduced to 0.3g/10min. (The picture on the right is a blown film machine.) LDPE films exhibit good optical properties, strength, flexibilization, sealing, and slow odor diffusion and chemical stability.
LDPE foam, high-pressure polyethylene, flame retardants, foaming agents, cross-linking agents and other raw materials blended, through the dense refining, refining polyolefin through chemical cross-linking of high-frequency foam, and become a mesh polymer structure of the foam products.
