Injection Molding HDPE Resin is a high-density polyethylene material engineered for injection molding processes. It is categorized into two main types based on its melt flow index:
- Low MFI (6-8): Offers superior toughness and impact resistance, ideal for heavy-duty applications like crates, pallets, and industrial containers.
- High MFI (18-22): Provides faster flow rates and excellent moldability, suitable for thin-walled products like bottle caps and small containers.
This resin performs exceptionally well in extreme temperatures, withstanding up to 100°C under non-pressurized conditions and as low as -70°C, ensuring reliability in diverse environments.
