Mechanical properties
PC/ABS alloy has exceptional strength and impact resistance, which is attributed to the high levels of toughness in ABS and the high strength of PC. Additionally, PC/ABS alloy is known for its excellent dimensional stability, allowing it to withstand deformation or cracking under external forces.
Heat resistance
PC/ABS alloy has good heat resistance, Vica softening temperature can reach 112℃ to 142℃, suitable for use in high-temperature environments. Its melting point is about 135℃, the thermal deformation temperature is between 80-125℃, suitable for a variety of processing conditions
Chemical stability
PC/ABS alloy has a certain tolerance to some common acids and bases but may have a corrosive effect on high concentrations of acids and bases. It has a good tolerance to non-polar organic solvents such as gasoline, kerosene, etc.
Processability
PC/ABS alloy has good processing fluidity, and can be processed into various shapes by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other methods. It has excellent formability and a smooth surface
