PA6 GF30 is a type of engineering plastic that is composed of polyamide 6 (PA6) and 30% glass fibers (GF). By adding 30% glass fibers to the PA6, this material significantly enhances its mechanical properties, heat resistance and dimensional stability, making it perform well in various harsh environments.

Mechanical properties
The tensile strength of PA6 GF30 is generally between 140-180 MPa, and the bending strength can reach 200-250 MPa, exhibiting excellent resistance to bending.
Heat resistance
The heat deformation temperature (HDT) can reach 200°C, making it suitable for use in high-temperature environments.
Dimensional stability
Due to the addition of glass fibers, the water absorption rate of PA6 GF30 is relatively low, which helps maintain its dimensional stability. This material can be molded by various methods such as injection molding and extrusion, meeting different shapes and sizes requirements.
