Structure of HNBR
Raw HNBR is the rubber after the hydrogenation and addition of nitrile rubber, most of the olefin chains have been saturated, which is the fundamental reason for the good heat resistance of hydrogenated nitrile rubber.
Features of HNBR
Excellent oil resistance, almost no change for non-polar oil, for strong polarity, oil with high aniline point will be swollen; the higher the aniline point, the stronger the swelling ability for NBR
Excellent heat resistance, excellent aging resistance
Compressive permanent deformation is reduced compared to normal NBR
High acrylonitrile Raw HNBR has ultra-high tensile strength and excellent physical properties
